Treasurer Dan Mpagi is the chief fiscal officer of the district. He reports directly to the Deer Park Board of Education, serving as advisor to the board and the superintendent on all financial matters of the district. Mr. Mpagi also serves as secretary to the board. He has the responsibility to administer the school district’s fiscal affairs to enable the district to provide the best possible educational services with the financial resources available, in accordance with governing laws and board policy. Formerly an auditor with the state of Ohio, Mr. Mpagi has been the treasurer for Deer Park Community Schools since 1982. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting from Northern Kentucky University and his master's from Xavier University.
