Deer Park Soccer Has Heart

August 30: Join the teams for the second annual American Heart Association Dinner and “Red Out”

Come help our boys and girls soccer teams raise awareness and funds to fight heart disease and stroke. On Tuesday, August 30, the soccer teams invite you to attend the the second annual American Heart Association Spaghetti Dinner and “Red Out.”

Enjoy Krimmer’s Italianette spaghetti and meat sauce, salad, and a breadstick from 4:30-6:30 PM in the Deer Park High School cafeteria.  Each meal is $5 per person and carry-out is available so you can watch your Deer Park Wildcats take on the Reading Blue Devils at 5 PM (JV boys) and 7 PM (varsity boys). After you eat, make sure to buy your dessert at the Bake Sale hosted by the soccer teams.

The soccer players encourage you to wear red for a “RED-OUT” in support of the efforts of the American Heart Association (AHA).  The AHA will also be offering “Stayin’ Alive” Hands-Only CPR demonstrations throughout the game, Know Your Numbers free blood pressure screening, and other heart-healthy tips.
All proceeds will directly benefit the American Heart Association.
