National School Breakfast Week is March 3-7

February 28, 2014

Deer Park Community Schools will celebrate National School Breakfast Week March 3-7. Since all Deer Park schools serve breakfast, every student has an opportunity to start his or her day off right and, at the same time, win cool prizes!

The American Dairy Council and General Foods lead the national campaign and each school will raffle iTunes cards. Students can earn ONE raffle ticket by buying school breakfast, but they can earn TWO tickets if they buy a yogurt parfait.  The raffle drawing will take place at each school on Friday, March 7.

Breakfast costs $1.35 at both Holmes Primary and Amity Elementary. The Jr./Sr. High School charges $1.60 for the full breakfast meal.

Deer Park Community Schools encourages students to start their day with an energizing breakfast!

It is a great day to be a Wildcat!
