Quality Profile

2022-23 Quality Profile

The Quality Profile is a robust companion to the state’s district report card. The profile includes additional accountability measures that define a high-quality education and are not captured by the state report card.

This Quality Profile helps to evaluate the effectiveness of a school district beyond standardized testing measures. The content is based on six categories: Academics, arts, student leadership and activities, fiscal stewardship, parent and community involvement, and student services.

In 2012, 10 Southwest Ohio districts – Forest Hills, Indian Hill, Loveland, Madeira, Mariemont, Mason, Milford, Oak Hills, Sycamore and Wyoming – each released a collaborative report that shares an expanded story of each participating school district.

Now, in 2023, nearly 60 school districts throughout the State of Ohio are releasing a Quality Profile that is supported by the Alliance for High Quality Education, an education consortium that works to improve educational opportunities for students and represent member districts on matters of educational policy and funding.
