Amity Elementary
As the Amity Elementary school counselor I work with the students, teachers and parents to ensure that each child is reaching their full potential.
The elementary school years are a crucial time in the development of our student's social emotional learning. Through Second Step classroom lessons, small groups, and individual counseling I work with the students to develop healthy social emotional skills. I am also continuously working with the teaching staff and parents to collaborate on student's needs.

Deer Park Jr./Sr. High School
Corrie Madden, MA and Jason S. Spelic, MEd provide the College and Career Readiness (CCR) Guidance services for the Deer Park Junior/Senior High School. While both will be involved in testing, college planning programs, etc., Mrs. Madden will mainly focus with students grades 10-12 and Mr. Spelic will work with grades 7-9.
The focus of the CCR Guidance Department will be to provide assistance to the students and families through their academic careers at the Junior/Senior High School in order to be fully ready for college, post-secondary training, the military, or the workforce. The counselors will also provide support services as needed so the students' focus remains on their academics. During these times, the counselors will attempt to assist the student with their challenges while maintaining confidentiality as appropriate.
