6th Grader Grady Kloesz's Excels at Regional Spelling Bee
Deer Park Schools is proud to announce the outstanding accomplishment of Grady Kloesz, a 6th grader at Amity Elementary, who secured a tie for 4th place out of 25 participants at the WCPO 9 /Scripps Regional Spelling Bee Ohio Region 2 on Saturday.
Grady's remarkable achievement not only demonstrates his exceptional spelling prowess, but also marks a historic milestone for Amity Elementary. This is the best finish ever by an Amity Elementary student in the regional spelling bee.
"We are thrilled and immensely proud of Grady's remarkable performance at the Regional Spelling Bee," said Josh Drouhard, Principal of Amity Elementary. "His dedication, hard work, and exemplary spelling skills have truly shone through, and he has made our entire school community proud."
Grady's journey to success was supported by the diligent efforts of fifth grade teacher Amy Jones, who oversees the Amity Spelling Bee.
"Grady's achievement is a testament to his dedication and commitment to excellence," Jones said. "It's been a privilege to witness his growth and success, and I am incredibly proud of his accomplishments."
