Homecoming Week begins Monday, September 9. Here is everything you need to know to get ready for the week!

Spirit Dress Up Days:

• Monday- Jersey Day
• Tuesday- Country Cowboy v. Country Club Day
  • Dress as a cowboy or as a country club goer!
• Wednesday- White Lies Day
  • Wear a white t-shirt with a little white lie!
• Thursday- Dress Like Your Grade Day
  • Seniors: Senior Citizens
  • Juniors: Adults
  • Sophomores: Teens
  • Freshmen: Kids
  • Junior High: Babies
• Friday- Homecoming Spirit Day 

Events at Deer Park Jr./Sr. High School

• Sunday, September 8th
  • Junior Class Powder Puff Tournament

  • $10 to play or coach

  • Gate open at 5:15pm; Games start at 6:00 p.m.

  • Spectators: $5 donation at gate

  • Raffles, concessions, and much more

• Tuesday, September 10th
  • JV/Varsity Volleyball vs. Reading | 5:30/6:30 p.m.
  • Faculty Appreciation Night
• Thursday, September 12
  • Boys and Girls Soccer vs CNE | American Heart Association Night | 5/7 p.m.

• Friday, September 13th
  • Homecoming Pep Rally (Students only) | Begins at 2 p.m. in DPHS Gymnasium
    • Scarlet and Live Oaks have been notified of the early release for Deer Park Students. Scarlet students who ride the bus will be released at 1:30 to catch the bus back to Deer Park.
  • Homecoming Parade | Begins at 5:30 p.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church, ends at the Jr./Sr. High School
  • Football vs. Taylor HS | 7 p.m.
• Saturday, September 14th
  • Homecoming Dance | 7:00-10:00 p.m. | Jr./Sr. High School Gym
  • Theme: Movie Night in the Park

Homecoming Dance Ticket Sales (Cost: $30):

• When: Wednesday, September 4 - Friday, September 6, 2024
• Where: Tickets will be available for purchase during high school lunch hours.
• Scarlet students only: Tickets can be purchased in the main office after school until 3:30 PM

***Student fees for the 2024-25 school year MUST BE PAID IN FULL in order to purchase a ticket. Contact the front office if payments need to be made or to work out a payment plan. If you have any questions please contact Ms. Brown or Mr. Vander Meer.
